I have posted my question some time a go and still did not get an answer, why?

Although most experts questions are answered rapidly, sometimes there is a delay in answering a question for several reasons:

  • Have you paid with eChecks? Paypal require 3 to 5 business days to approve such payments.
  • The expert you have chosen might be living on the other side of the globe, sleeping when you posted your question.
  • Have you posted your question during the weekend? The expert might be offline for a day or two.

We are committed to excellence - If you feel you have waited for a long time and still did not get an answer, please vote your opinion about the expert and request a refund.
